Terms of service
Effective 2026-10
These terms are an agreement between you and Cruzetec Solutions, Mohali, Punjab ("we"), which operates Trakovia. By subscribing you accept them.
The service
Trakovia provides AI-assisted marketing tools: AI visibility tracking, site audits and SEO suggestions, content and ad generation, lead finding, outreach and a Smart Inbox. AI output can be wrong. Review it before you publish or send it; you are responsible for what you publish and send.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe. You must be 18 or older and use Trakovia for business purposes.
Acceptable use
- Only connect mailboxes and websites you are authorised to use.
- Send outreach only to business contacts, identify yourself truthfully, include a real postal address and honour every unsubscribe. Trakovia enforces daily limits and a global do-not-contact list.
- Do not use Trakovia to send spam, phishing, malware, or unlawful content, or to collect personal data of private individuals.
- Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your data
You own your content. You give us permission to process it only to run the service, as described in the Privacy Notice. For personal data you load into Trakovia (leads, inbox email), you are responsible for having a lawful basis, and we process it on your instructions.
Plans and billing
Plans renew monthly through Razorpay until cancelled. Prices include GST at 18%. Your GST invoice shows the tax separately. Unused limits do not roll over. See the refund policy.
Third-party services
Some features rely on Anthropic, Google, Razorpay and your mailbox provider. Their availability is outside our control.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or rankings.
Law
Indian law applies; courts at Mohali/Chandigarh have jurisdiction.
