In short: we collect only what we need to run Trakovia for you, we never sell your data, we use AI providers only to do the work you ask for, and you can see, correct, download or erase your data at any time from the Privacy Centre or the data rights form.

Who we are

Trakovia is operated by Cruzetec Solutions, a partnership firm at Mohali, Punjab, India (GSTIN 03AAQFC5394M1ZW). For the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") we are the Data Fiduciary for our customers' account data. For data you put into Trakovia about other people (for example leads or emails in your Smart Inbox) you decide why it is processed, and we process it on your behalf.

Growthzi markets Trakovia and Dravincon provides security testing. Neither receives your account data except where needed to deliver a service you asked for.

We process account data because you consent to it when you subscribe. Marketing emails are a separate, optional consent. You can withdraw any consent as easily as you gave it; withdrawing service consent means we can no longer provide the service.

AI providers and other processors

To do the work you request, Trakovia sends the minimum necessary text to: Anthropic (Claude), Google (PageSpeed Insights, Search Console), Razorpay (payments), Hostinger (hosting and email) and the mailbox provider you connect. We use these providers' paid business APIs, whose terms do not allow them to train their models on the data we send.

Prospect data (lead finder)

If you are not a customer and we hold your business email, it is because it was published on your organisation's own website. We store the page it came from. You can stop all contact from every Trakovia sender instantly using this form or the unsubscribe link in any email.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect forms; they cannot be switched off. Analytics cookies load only after you click "Allow analytics" and can be changed with the Cookie settings link in the footer. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your rights

Access: download everything we hold about you as a file.
Correction and completion: update your profile or ask us to fix anything.
Erasure: erase your account and data; we keep only invoices the law requires.
Withdraw consent: for marketing at any time; for the service by closing your account.
Nominate: name someone to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to.
Grievance: complain to us, and then to the Data Protection Board of India.

Use the Privacy Centre in your dashboard, or the public data rights form. We respond within 90 days, usually within a week.

Security and breaches

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and secrets such as API keys and mailbox passwords are encrypted at rest. Access is limited and logged. If a personal data breach occurs we will inform affected people without delay and report to the Data Protection Board within 72 hours, as the DPDP Rules require.

Children

Trakovia is a business tool for adults. We do not knowingly process data of anyone under 18.
